Shipping - Refunds and Returns

We usually process and ship orders within three business days.Once shipped, Shipping times vary depending on the courier:
USPS Priority: 1 to 3 days
USPS Ground ADV: 4 to 6 days
UPS Ground: 3 to 7 days
FedEx Ground: 3 to 7 days
NOTE: These shipping times are based on the information provided by each carrier. Arrival times will vary, depending on where you are located.
Shipping is free. It is sent the method that is the best cost at time of shipping.

Because of the nature of the product, there are no exchanges. It is less expensive for you to simply order a different color than it is to ship it back and then pay to ship a new one to you.

You can return your order for any reason, no questions asked. You can do this up to 30 days after you place your order. If the return is approved, and it is our fault, we will gladly pay for the shipping to return the item. Do not ship it back without approval.. The item/items must be in original condition and original packaging. There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns.
